Women tries to hit me head on: While it is hard to see this much detail in the video, I could see that she is not on the phone, she is looking directly at me with both hands on the wheel and aiming directly at me.  In my rearview I can see her almost hit the guardrail on my right behind me.  Half an hour later I returned to a mile past this this area in her direction where the road was closed for an accident.  The same lady hit a utility pole and flipped, injuring her but not fatally.  State trooper on the scene tells me she confessed to him that she tried to kill herself. If she had succeeded in hitting me, this video would be invaluable.  Attempted murder by motor vehicle.
